SPALDINGS REGULATE RODENTS IN BAIT BOX EXPANSION
Spaldings have extended their rodenticide range to include two new rodent bait boxes. The new additions have been carefully chosen to explore the natural behaviour of both rats and mice and will offer further assistance in rodent regulation. The robust bait boxes have been designed for both indoor and outdoor use allowing for total treatment of an infested area.
The tamper proof and fully secure mouse bait box comes complete with an individual key to protect wildlife, pets and non-targeted species from accidental contamination. The rugged design means that the box can be re-used for maximum value and is resistant against turbulent weather conditions. The box is universal for use with all types of bait with incorporated prongs for safe block bait application.
The dual tube rat bait station is produced in arduous PVC for supreme preservation and protection of the rat bait. The user friendly product allows for bait to be easily replaced through two transparent tubes located at the top of the bait station for easy monitoring of bait take. The behavioural instincts of the rodent have been constructed into all elements of the design process to acknowledge their preferred feeding patterns of eating within sheltered environments. The versatile station can also accommodate both whole grain and block bait poisons for alternating use.

SPALDINGS BATTERY MAINTENANCE RANGE POWERS THROUGH WINTER
Spaldings have introduced a new range of battery maintenance equipment to their extensive selection of tractor and trailer accessories. The innovative maintenance range includes a 12 volt battery tester, automatic battery charger and two automatic/manual booster chargers. The new workshop range has been carefully chosen to help vehicles power through tough winter conditions.
Spaldings’ Marketing Manager, Alastair Ramsay, said: “After careful consultation with our customers we discovered that one of their greatest concerns was farm machinery failing to start when needed. Our extensive new range of battery maintenance equipment will ensure that farm machinery remains at optimum performance.”
The user-friendly 12 volt battery tester is designed for use with all acid and lead batteries. This rugged and reliable workshop essential can quickly and easily diagnose a battery’s state of charge allowing for the user to maintain control of their farm machinery.
The automatic battery charger is suitable for all 6, 12 and 24 volt batteries from 15 to 130 amps. The portable charger has the advantage of innovative microprocessor technology to ensure maximum charge is achieved. Dynamic power control allows for a reliable trickle charge function which automatically stops when charging is complete.
The universal automatic/manual booster chargers are designed for use with all 12 volt batteries from 45 to 675 amps. The powerful, compact and portable charger can accommodate all aspects of farm machinery from heavy plant to domestic vehicles. In addition to the above the booster chargers incorporate a remote boost facility for reduced operator downtime.
