The Big Bag Dispenser allows for free flowing material to be accurately measured and controlled for effective farm commodity distribution.
Lincoln, 21st October 2009 – Spaldings today announced the introduction of the Big Bag Dispenser to their crop storage and handling range. The Dispenser was originally designed with grain dispersion at its forefront although it is now used with any type of free flowing material such as seed, pelleted feed or gravel. The robust and heavy duty construction provides application versatility as the Dispenser can be re-used and moved from bag to bag.
“The Big Bag Dispenser will provide our customers with a measurable grain dispensing solution that eliminates waste through an integrated shut-off chute” says Alastair Ramsay, Marketing Manager for Spaldings. “Rising seed and fertiliser costs have been placed at the forefront of the Dispensers design to assist in farm input control.”
The user friendly Dispenser is securely fitted to any bag by two attached blades which punch through the lining to allow for the Dispenser to be screwed-in. The integral locking ring ensures solidarity to avoid spillage when expensive commodities are transferred. Unused material can be kept in the bag for future use as the extension tube can be easily removed for safe storage.
"The Big Bag Dispenser can be used for all manner of farm activities from a hopper unable to take a full bag or when only a small area of land needs to be treated” Ramsay concludes. “This cost effective product will become integral to farm practices and crop management.”
